South Donna Drain Extension is a project that creates a partnership between HCDD1, City of Donna and Donna Irrigation District. The City of Donna asked for assistance with improving an existing drain west of Victoria Road that flows into the Donna Drain. An Interlocal Cooperative Agreement (ICA) was developed between the entities to address the request for assistance from the City of Donna. the Drain was improved from Victoria Road to Lissner Avenue.
